Naturally, I understand that reservations should be honored and that a restaurant can lose business by holding up tables for "no shows" when other willing & present patrons are waiting. I also understand that a business can lose revenue when only 4 people out of 10 show up on a Saturday night to claim a reservation and then only order salads and water. This behavior is also unfair to the business.
Still, the contract aspect seems to be unique to Acqua. So if you reserve a table, please take an oath of blood from your friends (or 80 CHF in advance payment) to make sure each and every one of them show up.
Was ist dem noch beizufügen?
